The William G. & Rosemary Reetz Scholarship is available to graduates of Mason County and St. Patrick's, High Schools, Maysville, Kentucky, and Ripley-Union-Lewis-Huntington High School, Aberdeen, Ohio.

BACKGROUND

The William G. & Rosemary Reetz Scholarship program was established in 2015 under the will of Mrs. Reetz, who passed away in November of 2013.  Her husband preceded her in death in 2001.
Both were life-long residents of Mason County, Kentucky.
Mrs. Reetz wished to establish a program to help students achieve their goals of obtaining a higher education, thereby improving their chances at a better quality of life, and encouraging them to make an impact on others in the community because of the opportunities that they had been given.

The Program seeks to reward young people who excel in the classroom, in extracurricular activities, and in service to their communities.
